How to improve a render with AI
The render is finished. The lighting works, the materials are the ones you specified, the camera is exactly where you wanted it. And it still reads as a render.
That last step, the one between a correct image and one that looks like a photograph, is post-production. Done by hand. It costs hours per image, and those hours are almost never in the budget.

What it does, exactly
It takes an image that already exists and gives it the finish. It doesn't generate scenes from scratch and it doesn't redesign the layout: your project stays your project, with your composition, your materials and your lighting.
There is no prompt to write. Nothing to learn about phrasing instructions, no hunting for the wording that finally works. Upload the image, pick a resolution and a mode, and the system reads the scene and sets the treatment on its own.
It works the same on photographs. If the project is already built and you have images of the space, they go in through the same door.
Mode: you decide how close it stays to the original
This is the decision that matters, and it's the one that puts you in control.
Almost any tool that runs AI over an image reinterprets it. The result looks striking, and sometimes it hands you back a room you didn't design. Here that's your call, on a button, before you process.

All three give you a better image than the one you uploaded. What changes is how much freedom you hand over on decisions you had already made yourself.
Which one to use
Balanced for almost everything. It's the default and it's right the vast majority of the time. Always start here.
Conservative when fidelity rules: the client already signed off on that render, there's a specified material in the spec, the image goes into a technical document, or there's signage that has to read exactly the same. It guarantees that what comes out is what went in, better finished.
Creative when the image is there to sell: a cover, a social post, a competition board. Impact matters more than literalness, and the result shows it.

Output resolution
The second decision is about size, not character. It runs from ORIGINAL, which keeps your image's exact dimensions, up to 10K.

Pick by where the image ends up. For screen — web, social, a projected presentation — 2K is more than enough. For a printed dossier or a competition board, 4K. And if you only want the finish without changing the size, ORIGINAL: it's the most used option, alongside 4K.
8K and 10K are for large format: a banner, site hoarding, a board people will study up close. That's where every pixel earns its place; on screen you won't tell them from a 4K.
Upload whatever you have. The tool takes up to 4096 px on the long edge and, if your render is larger, it resizes it for you before processing. No image gets turned away for being too big.
What you get in each type of scene
The system rebuilds fine detail instead of just sharpening pixels. That's why it doesn't behave like a sharpening filter: where the render had a smooth surface, material appears.
Vegetation
This is where it shows most, and you don't need a garden for it — a single planter will do. Plants in a render have that repeated perfection no real plant has: cloned leaves, one flat shade of green, no shadow between them. The system separates them one by one, gives them highlight and volume, and breaks up the uniformity.
In Creative, greenery picks up a force that's hard to build by hand, indoors and out. If the project has specified planting the client will recognise, Conservative keeps it plant by plant.
Fabric and upholstery
They gain enormously. The weave appears, the padding takes on volume, folds stop being flat planes of colour.
If the upholstery is a specified material rather than set dressing, Conservative gives you back the same pattern with the texture improved.
Wood, stone and ceramic
The best ground of all. Grain, figure and pore are exactly the kind of detail a render flattens and the system rebuilds naturally.
Balanced is enough here. Fidelity to the material holds without dialling anything down.
Glass, metal and reflections
Reflective surfaces are where a photographic finish pays off most, because a flat reflection gives a render away instantly. If the glazed façade is the subject of the image, Conservative keeps the reflection tied to the original.
People and pets
A lived-in scene works just as well. The people in the living room, the dog on the sofa and the washing on the terrace get the same finish as the architecture, and the image gains something a render rarely conveys: that somebody actually lives there.
Night and low-light scenes
This is where the jump is biggest, because noise and lack of definition are exactly what the system resolves. The worse the light you start from, the more spectacular the result.
For a cover or a campaign, leave it on Creative and enjoy it. If the image goes into a planning submission and the sky has to match the real orientation of the plot, use Conservative.
Not just renders: photographs too
Everything above applies to a photo. Same place, same process, same modes.
Where it shows most is in phone shots under ordinary indoor light: dark rooms, windows blown out to white, flat colour. They come out publishable without going near a retoucher.

What comes with every image
Your original, untouched. The image you started from is kept as it is, and you can download it any time from your history, next to the result and with a comparison slider to see both.
The result with no loss. There's no recompression on our side. What you download is exactly what came out of the process, ready to print.

The method we'd recommend
- Start on Balanced and ORIGINAL. It's the cheapest run and in a couple of minutes you see exactly what the system does with your image.
- Look at it at 100 %, not as a thumbnail. Check what matters in the project: the material you specified, the planting, the signage.
- Want more impact? Creative. Want it more literal? Conservative.
- With the mode settled, run it again at the resolution you need. Mode doesn't change with size, so you get the same result at the size you actually need.
