Frequently asked questions
How is it different from an AI image generator?
It doesn’t invent new images: it improves yours and respects its composition.
Will it change my design or materials?
In Upscale, nothing. In Balanced, they are respected. In Creative, it may reinterpret small details.
What resolution can I get?
From the original size up to 10,240 px per side.
Which images are supported?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF and AVIF. Renders and photographs.
How long does it take?
Usually a couple of minutes. It processes in the background while you keep working.
Are my images private?
Yes. Only you can see them. They are deleted after 30 days, or kept for as long as you have a plan.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the output resolution. You get one free 4K image a day (up to 8 a month). The Coconuts you buy don’t expire while CoconutFlow remains in service.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser and you sign in with Google.
Who's behind CoconutFlow?
Over 15 years doing architectural rendering and product visualization. My clients kept noticing the difference between a plain render and one with that final finish — and asking for more of it. CoconutFlow came out of that: the tool I built to give them exactly that, now open for you too.
Try it with your own render

Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to provide the service, under a data processing agreement or, in the case of Stripe, as an independent controller:
Google: sign-in.
Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices. It acts as the seller of record (Merchant of Record) and processes payment data under its own responsibility; CoconutFlow never sees your card number.
Cloudflare: network, security, temporary storage of images during processing, email forwarding and visit statistics (Web Analytics): aggregated figures, no cookies.
RunPod: GPU servers where images are processed; it only holds them while processing lasts.
Clouding (Spain): servers where your account and gallery are stored.
Resend: sending service emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We will also disclose data to the authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
Images: 30 days from when you upload or process them. With an active plan they are kept for as long as the plan lasts plus 30 days.
Account: while it is active. When you delete it, your data is erased within 30 days at most.
Purchases and invoices: for as long as the law requires (up to 6 years, under commercial and tax regulations).
Data used to prevent abuse: for as long as your account exists.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month at most. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Security
All communication is encrypted (TLS), access to data is restricted and the identifiers we use against fraud are stored encrypted.
Minors
CoconutFlow is not intended for anyone under 18. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we will delete it.

These terms govern the use of CoconutFlow and form a contract between you and , owner of the service (full details in “Legal notice”). You accept them when you create your account or make a purchase. If you are a consumer, nothing in them limits the rights the law grants you.
1. The service
CoconutFlow enhances and upscales images using artificial intelligence. Before processing, you choose the mode (Upscale, Balanced or Creative) and the resolution. The result depends on the source image and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome; in Balanced and Creative modes the AI may reinterpret details.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account and must be 18 or over. The account is personal: do not share it, do not sell it and do not create several accounts to take advantage of the daily gift or invitations. You are responsible for what is done with it.
3. Coconuts
Coconuts are the balance used to pay for each image. The cost depends on the output resolution and is shown before processing. It may change in the future, but you will always see the cost before spending them.
If a job fails or you cancel it, the Coconuts are returned to your balance.
Coconuts bought in packs: they do not expire while CoconutFlow remains in service.
Daily gift: one 4K image per day, up to a maximum of 8 per month per person. If you do not use it, it expires at 00:00 (Spanish time).
Subscription Coconuts: each month’s Coconuts expire at the end of that month.
Coconuts have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and are only refunded in the cases set out in section 6.
4. Purchases
The final price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record (Merchant of Record) and sends you the invoice. Coconuts are added to your balance as soon as payment is confirmed.
5. Subscriptions
There are monthly and annual plans. Each month you receive the plan’s Coconuts; on the annual plan you pay for the year in advance and the Coconuts arrive month by month.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
You can cancel it at any time from your account (“Cancel subscription”). It stops renewing and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund, except as provided in section 6.
To change plan, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one.
If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and the new price will only apply from the next renewal. You will be able to cancel before then.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a few days; in the meantime, the Coconuts for that period are not added.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
You have 14 calendar days from each purchase, or from the start of a subscription, to withdraw without giving any reason. We will refund the part of the amount corresponding to the Coconuts from that purchase that you have not used, using the same payment method and within 14 days at most. Anything you have already used is not refunded, because that service has already been provided at your request. If you withdraw from a subscription, it is cancelled at that moment.
To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract here” button in your account or write to us at [email protected] stating the purchase. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
Coconuts from the daily gift and from invitations are not refunded. If the purchase that triggered an invitation reward is refunded, any unused Coconuts from that reward are removed.
7. Your images
The images you upload and their results are yours. You only give us permission to store, process and display them to you to the extent necessary to provide the service. We do not use them to train artificial intelligence models or for advertising, and we do not show them to anyone. If we ever wanted to show one as an example, we would ask for your permission first.
You must have the right to use the images you upload: do not upload third-party works without permission or images of identifiable people without their consent.
8. AI-generated content
Results are produced using artificial intelligence. Where required by law, they will include metadata indicating that the image has been processed with AI; do not remove it if you publish an image that could be mistaken for a real one. Copyright protection for AI-generated results depends on the law of each country.
9. Prohibited uses
You may not use CoconutFlow to:
Process images that are illegal, that depict child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual sexual content or violence, or that incite hatred.
Create fake images of real people to deceive, harass or defame.
Infringe other people’s copyright, trade marks or privacy.
Use bots, automate use, bypass limits or attempt to copy or attack the software.
If we detect a prohibited use or are notified of one, we may remove the content and suspend or close the account. We will explain the reason to you and you will be able to respond by writing to [email protected]. If we close an account without you having breached these terms, we will refund the proportional part of what you paid that you have not used.
10. Invitation programme
Each account has a personal invitation link. When someone creates their account using that link and makes their first purchase (a Coconuts pack or a new subscription), each of them receives, as a gift, 10% of the Coconuts in that purchase (for a subscription, those of the first month), with a minimum of 12 Coconuts for the person who invited and 8 for the invited person. Conditions: the reward is given only once per invited person; a maximum of 10 rewards per month per account; there is no reward if both accounts belong to the same person (same email, device or card); invitation Coconuts do not expire while CoconutFlow remains in service, but they cannot be exchanged for money or refunded; if the purchase that triggered the reward is refunded, any unused invitation Coconuts are removed. We may change or end the programme at any time; Coconuts already received are kept.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. If we ever close CoconutFlow, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can use your Coconuts, and we will refund the value of any purchased Coconuts you have not used and the part of any subscription already paid that you cannot use.
12. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause through wilful misconduct or gross negligence and for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage or for the use you make of the images. Keep copies of your originals: the gallery is temporary.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription or delete your account before it takes effect.
14. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and the consumer services, and you retain the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence. Before doing so, if you wish, write to us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it.
